Joe Neal was faced with a strong challenge to his Statehouse seat in the Democratic Primary of 2004 when Luvola Taylor, who had held the seat almost 10 years ago, filed to run against him. Recommend to us by former clients, Joe Neal hired CRS to develop a comprehensive phones program to vanquish this challenge.
 
Not resting on his laurels, Joe Neal put together a strong field team, and that in concert with the phones program ended up being too big of a mountain for the challenger to overcome. On Election Night, Neal ended up winning his district by a margin just under 63-to-37 percent and taking every precinct except for the Eastover box.
